11th Nuremberg Penshow 2018

Let’s look back!

For the first time in eleven years of "Penshow", the annual event was organized by the tenant of the theater café, "Gelbes Haus". Mr. Gutberlet from Kaweco entrusted us with this task.
And from the conversations of the exhibitors and visitors you could hear that this year again everyone was satisfied.
The weather cooperated, and one could listen to the expert conversations of collectors and buyers outside.
Inside, all exhibitor tables were fully booked, but three unregistered exhibitors were also accommodated. Mostly the "old hands" were on hand, but new faces were seen as well. Among the vendors this year was also a "wood workshop" with unique pieces that are often bought as gifts.
The 35 exhibitors this year came from 10 nations, with visitors from Iraq and Russia, among others. Whether it is advertising on Facebook or word-of-mouth, the show is now in many schedules next to the, of course, larger events, in Hamburg or Cologne.
They gave this opportunity this year to visitors who wanted to browse in peace before the rush, with a special "early bird ticket". It was well used and it will probably be there again in 2019.
The organizer, the Yellow House, would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped us with advice and support. Tips, contact addresses, help with the website, organization of the exhibitor evening, all this made it easy for us and we look forward to seeing you again, probably in May 2019.
